Hi. I am 7 months pregnant. I was on nexito 20 mg for anxiety and depression. All of sudden nexito has stopped working for me. My Dr. has prescribed me primox 75 mg per day. As been taking it since a month. Still my depression is not going away. Every day has become a challenge for me. I am getting headache by crying day and night. Why is this medicine not working for me.

It's really difficult time for you. Try to get relaxed and divert your attention to the things you enjoy (like reading, singing, watching movie etc). But do not stop the medicines without consulting doctors. Depression can affect health of mother and baby.
